Located in a renovated masonry building in Queens, N.Y., it features two cooking lines, dish- and pot-washing stations,walk-in coolers and freezers, dry storage and an ice station, according to general contractor Mc Gowan.
The CxRA interior renovation project entailed the conversion of an existing masonry building to create a centralized food production and event facility.
