Job title: Assistant Project Manager
Job location: New York, NY.
Salary: $101,878 yearly
Job duration: Permanent full time position, Mon – Fri, 40 hours per week.
Job description:
• Assist project teams with daily and long-term project tasks.
• Manage administrative tasks assigned to them by the project manager.
• Oversee project goals, create and deliver reports, and any other duties as determined by the project manager.
• Helps to maintain oversight of all project activities, identify any problems, and ensure they are promptly resolved
• Generate, review, and manage logs for all RFI’s, Submittals, and Change Orders
• Manage all other pertinent logs such as long lead, insurance, permits, inspections, etc.
• Work with the PM to compose and issue meeting minutes for sub, OAC, and field meetings.
• Obtain and analyze proposals from subcontractors for potential changes and change orders
• Coordinate RFI’s and Submittals with field superintendents and trade sub-contractors
• Work with the estimating and project team to buyout the Construction Trades.
