Architect Magazine, the journal of the American Institute of Architects, recognizes Mc Gowan and the entire team behind Williamsburg Terrace, a $34 million, 170,000 SF mixed-use development project occupying half a city block along North 3rd Street in the heart of Williamsburg, Brooklyn.
The 5-story buildings, completed in 2014, contain 72 apartments, 12 townhouses, three large commercial tenants and below grade parking for 141 cars.
