The construction of a single, new two-story mixed-use building with lower-level storage and a rooftop terrace, all totaling 25,125 SF, where there were previously several residential apartment buildings.

This new ground-up, core and shell, two-story commercial building will replace five existing walk-up apartment buildings which have been demolished in advance of the new construction. Multi-tenant or full building user configurations will be available.
