Citibank Alton Road

Built by Mc Gowan's Florida office for Citigroup, one of the nation's largest banks, this ground-level banking facility is located in a four-story South Beach retail development which was once the site of a gas station.

The LEED certified project finishes include Steelcase Privacy Wall glass partitions, Mecho shade systems, and flooring that is a mix of Mohawk engineered wood, Shaw carpet and porcelain tile.

Walls are 3M acrylic panels, Novawall fabric panels and LightBlocks illuminated acrylic panels. The centerpiece is a floating media wall with vertical and horizontal fins by Lightblocks with integrated LED light fixtures.
