95 Anderson Street Mixed-Use Complex

Currently under construction, this six-story, mixed-use building is in the heart of Hackensack, New Jersey's redevelopment zone. Occupying a 1.46-acre parcel on the south side of Anderson Street and just to the east of the NJ Transit rail line, the building will contain 222 residential units with 236 parking spaces and 3,930 SF of retail space.

The structure will feature 156 one-bedroom apartments, 45 studio apartments and 21 two-bedroom apartments with private balconies. The building offers 4,500 SF of indoor resident amenity space and a beautiful landscaped 8,000 SF open-air central courtyard with a pool and outdoor dining areas.

The building has 290 feet of frontage on Anderson Street and 75 feet of frontage on Railroad Avenue. The façade design serves to reduce the perceived mass of the building with generous setbacks and varying roof lines. A combination of 3 brick colors with metal and fiber cement accents give the building a contemporary feel while still respecting the neighborhood character and context.

Expected construction time is approximately 24 months, completing in late 2024.
