Western Union Office

An interior buildout of a new Western Union flagship office space was completed on the 34th floor of the Wells Fargo Tower in Downtown Miami.

Mc Gowan has successfully completed more than fifteeen projects across ten floors of the Wells Fargo Tower building and is continually awarded these high profile projects due to our firm's extensive experience in corporate interiors.

Construction was completed on an accelerated ten week schedule, including a redesign of the server room to accommodate changing equipment specifications. In addition, our firm worked closely with the Western Union Low Voltage vendors to deliver the server room within four weeks, complete with supplemental air conditioning and permanent power.

Mc Gowan assisted the building owners and design team in creating new lighting specifications for the building by substituting fluorescent fixtures with in-stock LED equivalent fixtures which have since become the new standards in the building.
