Macy's

Continuing a multi-store relationship with global retailer Macy’s, Inc., Mc Gowan completed projects for both Macy's and Bloomingdales stores at Florida’s Dadeland Mall, Treasure Coast Square Mall, International Mall and Gardens Mall between 2008-2015.

The firm was selected for these projects based on extensive experience in effectively coordinating complex renovation projects and delivering results at the highest standards.

Mc Gowan successfully spearheaded renovations for the Dadeland Mall, Miami store’s multiple departments and introduced the Nike Training Club concept shop to the property.

A renovation project for the Macy’s store at the Treasure Coast Mall in Jensen Beach, Florida included interior alterations that ensured new corporate standards. All sixteen phases for the 200,000-square-foot space were completed within the planned schedule of 14 weeks.

At the Macy’s International Mall in Doral, Florida an upgrade plan for the $1.5 million project included improving the 300,000-square-foot space to meet new building standards and ADA improvements. Mc Gowan worked closely with representation of the building’s management and store personnel to ensure project deliverables were met.

Upgrades to both the Macy’s and Bloomingdales Stores at the Gardens Mall in Palm Beach Gardens included a complete restoration project, intricately remodeling the 300,000-square-foot space which included the overhaul of the cashwraps, fitting rooms, restrooms, elevators and sidewalks.
