Mc Gowan served as General Contractor for the build-out of this creative agency's modern new offices located at 80 Broad Street in the Financial District of Manhattan.

The scope of work included constructing complete office interiors with new millwork cabinetry and countertops, glass partitions and polished concrete floor as well as entirely new MEP  systems.
