Mc Gowan served as General Contractor for an expansion of the pre-existing one story CCM Center building and a complete interior fit-out of the Center's entire facility. The property features an entrance lobby, cafeteria and six medical care rooms, physical therapy and exercise room, eight ADA-compliant bathrooms and administrative offices.
The project encompassed the addition of a new second floor, structural reinforcement, exterior and interior renovation of the pre-existing building, all interior finishes, installation of medical and MEP systems, construction of a surface parking area and extensive site work.
The structural work included cutting openings in the existing rooms and concrete floor slab, installation of new concrete footings, installation of ten steel columns and beams, and the second floor and roof Q-decks. The 2,200 square foot new exterior wall of the second floor addition features a Centria Concept Series aluminum wall panel system.
The interior finishes include a custom-designed reception desk, VCT and carpet tile flooring, painted sheetrock walls, two-by-two foot inlaid lighting fixtures, an open office partition system, custom millwork and cabinetry.
