This new 17-Story residential rental building located on 4th Avenue between 3rd and 6th street is a ground-up construction project in the Gowanus area of Brooklyn, NY.

The site was previously occupied by a taxi depot that was demolished to make way for the new development comprising of 197 rental apartment units, 50 of which will be designated as affordable housing. The property will include roof terrace spaces, tenant amenity spaces, an 11,000 SF parking garage and first floor retail space.

The façade design is a combination of modular brick, metal panels and EIFS, with spacious setbacks and varying roof lines, giving the building a modern feel while respecting the integrity of the neighborhood.

Expected construction time is 26 months, with completion anticipated Mid-2025.
