The construction of a single, new two-story mixed-use building with lower-level storage and a rooftop terrace, all totaling 25,125 SF, where there were previously several residential apartment buildings.

This ground-up, core and shell, two-story commercial building replaces five existing walk-up apartment buildings which had been demolished in advance of the new construction.
