West Elm Retail Space

Home furnishings retailer West Elm, a subsidiary of Williams Sonoma, expanded their retail space on 17th Street in Manhattan.

With Mc Gowan as construction managers, the project scope includes a complete new layout while keeping and refinishing the existing wood floors, a new ADA bathroom, ramp and pass-through to an existing adjacent West Elm store, all new finishes, and new mechanical and electrical services.  

The fast-tracked project was successfully completed in July 2016.
