Mc Gowan served as general contractor for the interior and exterior work on this 4-story building (including basement). Work consisted of the addition of a new elevator and shaft, new ADA exterior ramp and stairs, and renovation of interior elevator lobby finishes in the North Hall at Pratt Institute in Brooklyn, NY.
