Designed by award-winning DAX Studio, the building features 138 one- and two-bedroom, mixed-income residential units, with private balconies, spread across more than 136,000 square feet. Approximately 9,000 square feet is dedicated to outdoor space for residents, including a private park, as well as an outdoor space on the third floor of the project and a rooftop deck. There is also a tenant recreational area with a pool table and a kitchen.
Amenity areas include a lounge, fitness center, bike storage and 98 on-site parking spots for residents. There is also usable space designated for St. Mary's Episcopal Church.
The property is situated near the Pratt Institute and within a mile of Fort Greene Park, in a robust neighborhood with many children's playgrounds, retail shops, bustling restaurants and numerous schools.
