Marshall’s at Bronx Terminal Gateway Center

This project for a Marshall’s store at the Gateway Center in Bronx Terminal Market encompassed a complete build-out, including the internal glass and aluminum storefront and all fixtures and finishes. The store features the main sales floor, cash register counters, customer service department, bathrooms, changing rooms and storage area. 

The finishes include VCT tiles in the sales areas and bathrooms, ACT ceilings, drywall walls, millwork and steel display fixtures, and porcelain wall tiles in the bathrooms. 

MEP work included the plumbing system and fixtures in the bathroom, HVAC ductwork, electrical wiring and lighting.
