With more than 1000 attorneys across 70 global offices, Littler Mendelson P.C. is the largest U.S.-based law firm exclusively devoted to representing management in employment and labor matters.
Continuing its multi-project relationship in the Class “A” Wells Fargo Tower in Downtown Miami, Mc Gowan was awarded this high profile project due to the firm’s extensive experience in building and refitting corporate space.
Littler Mendelson is a first generation tenant to occupy the 27th floor of the Wells Fargo Center, which began as just a shell space. Due to an expiring lease at their previous location and the firm's need for more prominent office space in Miami, expediency and cost-efficiency were paramount in the bidding process.
Working with global firm Gensler as the architect of record, Mc Gowan expertly coordinated the material procurement and as a result successfully completed the 14,000-square-foot project on an accelerated 12 week schedule.
Mc Gowan has successfully completed more than fifteeen projects across ten floors of the prestigious Wells Fargo Tower building.
