Five One Five is a luxury full-floor residential condominium tower, one of the early properties along High Line Park in West Chelsea, Manhattan.
The complex project required the addition of an 11-story residential tower containing fifteen luxury condominium units, constructed above an existing industrial property that had been structurally reconfigured. The ground floor "gallery" level offers 4,600 sq ft of commercial retail space and is open to the public.
The 32,000 sq ft property, built atop what was once a six-story factory, is configured with double-height ceilings in the 2,200 sq ft half-floor and 4,400 sq ft full-floor units.
Features include a custom steel and glass façade inspired by the High Line Park's sweeping pedestrian walkway bend. The luxury residential units incorporate Grato Nordik White flooring as well as bronze detailing with hints of stone, wood, cotton, linen and leather throughout. Kitchens are of Bulthaup design and contain Gaggenau appliances.
Five-fixture bathrooms include a mix of standalone and built-in bathtubs, Azul limestone walls, lava stone floors and custom designed hardware. Second and third bathrooms feature Grey Emperador marble while master bathrooms feature Pietra Grey marble. Walk-in closet millwork, wall paneling and pockets doors are of Molteni design.
